We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline.
However, delivery dates may change due to:

- Third-party service or platform issues

4. Payments
Project pricing and payment terms will be communicated before the project begins.

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed service/package.
Major changes to the original requirements after approval may be treated as additional work and may involve additional charges.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or revenue.
Marketing campaigns will be planned and managed according to the agreed strategy and budget.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of materials provided by the client.
Upon completion and receipt of the agreed payment, the client may receive rights to the final approved work according to the project agreement.
Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, themes, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Manpreet Digital Spark Lab may display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials for showcasing our work.
If a project contains confidential information, the client may request that it not be publicly displayed.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business and project information shared with us.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential information to third parties except where required to provide the agreed services or where required by law.
11. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may request termination of a project subject to the agreed project terms.
Work already completed, approved, or committed to third-party expenses may remain payable.
Any refund or cancellation terms will depend on the specific agreement between the client and Manpreet Digital Spark Lab.
12. Limitation of Liability
Manpreet Digital Spark Lab will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services.
